Investment Criteria
Amstar invests in five classes of real estate: Office, Hotel, Multifamily, Industrial, and Retail in major metropolitan markets in the United States. While primarily focused on acquiring underperforming assets with conservative leverage, Amstar will also selectively develop properties from the ground up and provide equity for joint ventures with highly qualified operators and developers.
