Edward J. Kerzner
Director of Accounting and Tax
Edward J. Kerzner is the Director of Accounting and Tax of Amstar Group, LLC, responsible for all aspects of Amstar’s accounting, tax and budget operations. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kerzner has extensive real estate experience, with an emphasis in taxation.
Prior to joining Amstar in 1995, Mr. Kerzner was Tax Director for Capital Associates in Lakewood Colorado, where he was responsible for all tax aspects of leasing/finance, compliance, research and planning. Before that, he was Vice President of Taxes for Columbia Savings & LoanAssociation and Senior Tax Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Kerzner is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kerzner is a cum laude graduate of St. John’s University in New York, where he also earned his Master’s Degree in Public Accounting, with emphasis in Tax.
