Kevin J. Martin is Chief Financial Officer of Amstar Group, LLC, responsible for Amstar’s accounting, finance, risk management, tax and information technology functions. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Martin has a broad base of experience in public and private accounting as well as in real estate investment, development and lending.
Prior to joining Amstar in 1990, Mr. Martin served in senior management positions for various real estate companies, responsible for all accounting, finance and tax functions, including job costing, loan servicing, construction and permanent lending, tax planning and risk management.
Mr. Martin is a cum laude graduate of California State University, Northridge, and he earned his M.A. from the University of Southern California.
