Nita G. Cahn
Director of Human Resources
Nita G. Cahn is the Director of Human Resources of Amstar Group, LLC, responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, including developing human resource policy and strategy. Ms. Cahn has more than ten years of human resource consulting experience. She holds the professional designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Prior to joining Amstar in 2000, Ms. Cahn was with StorageTek, now Sun Microsystems, Inc. in Louisville, Colorado, where she worked in a variety of human resource functions, most recently as Human Resource Development Consultant, responsible for recommending and implementing integrated human resource initiatives and solutions.
Ms. Cahn is a member and former board member of the Boulder Area Human Resource Association (BAHRA) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Development (SHRM), the Colorado Human Resource Association (CHRA), WorldatWork, and the Rocky Mountain Compensation Association (RMCA).
Ms. Cahn is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York and of the University of Colorado, where she earned her M.A. in Counseling.
